Who we are

Print Vault Studio ("we," "us") is based in Anderson, South Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit printvaultstudio.com or buy a product, and how it's used. If you have questions, contact us at junegreene2018@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few limited ways:

• Contact form: If you use the Contact page, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent to us via our form provider (Formspree) so we can reply.
• Purchases: When you buy a product, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details. Stripe and our fulfillment provider (SendOwl) receive the email address you provide at checkout, so your purchase can be processed and your download delivered.
• Basic site analytics: Our host may log standard technical information (like IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, as most web hosts do.

How we use it

• To deliver the digital product you purchased and send related order communication.
• To respond to messages sent through the Contact page.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third parties we use

Payments are processed by Stripe, and digital delivery is handled by SendOwl. Both providers process the information needed to complete your purchase and deliver your file, under their own privacy policies. Our contact form is handled by Formspree.

Data retention

We keep contact form messages and order-related records only as long as needed to run the business and meet any legal or tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, or to delete it, by emailing junegreene2018@gmail.com. Note that some information (like payment records) may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons even after a deletion request.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
